Superb dining and really good service in a cozy atmosphere. The relaxed spa area was a bonus! 😊

All the services were FRIENDLY, the room was perfectly clean and large with a fantastic view. Location: the hotel was close enough to Abondance valley, ski lifts, and Chatel and the Portes du Soleil region.

Excellent breakfast with a great selection of amazing food. Location not far from central Chatel close to ski lifts as well as the restaurant.

The spa facilities were amazing, but WiFi barely worked .

Utilize the on-site bike storage for secure and safe storage, and inquire about local biking trails for exploring the area more efficiently.

Hot water outages are a real pain, and the lack of an effective response makes it worse, especially for post-ride showers. WiFi issues persisted throughout the stay, and the spa's late opening limited access for non-skiers. The gym could use some fresh equipment, as most machines felt outdated and less than appealing for a solid workout.

The spa pool was a real treat after a day of biking, providing a serene escape with breathtaking mountain views. The room overlooked the mountains and was beautifully designed, making for a lovely stay. On the downside, the hot water was out for a day, which made post-ride showers a bit rough, and the bike storage could use better security options. though, the amenities like parking and the bike shed were quite appreciated.

The indoor swimming pool and spa facilities were fantastic after a long day. The breakfast spread was good, we started our days right.

The privilege double room was gorgeous with a balcony and an amazing view. The spa facilities were fantastic with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. Breakfast was plentiful with a good variety. Parking and a bike shed were super convenient too.

The macchi is in a great location, just a short walk to shops and restaurants. The cozy double room wasnice and neat. The outdoor spa facilities, especially the jacuzzi, were good after a long day on the slopes.

The rooms were nicely appointed. I particularly enjoyed both bar areas, each offering a cozy atmosphere to unwind after a day on the slopes. The ski room was well-organized. The mountain view from my balcony enhanced the experience.

Any decisions had to go to the owner, who proved inflexible on most matters.

The new bar is a fantastic addition, perfect for a cozy evening, and the breakfast offered a good spread including homemade jams and fresh pastries. The 12-meter pool, illuminated by large glass walls, provided a perfect spot for relaxation after a day out.

Noisy morning disruptions.

The room offered was cozy and comfortable, complemented by a lovely bar where I enjoyed a good traditional fish dish. The experience was hampered by persistent issues, including a lack of hot water for a day and a disappointing response from the staff. The spa area is rather small and noisy.

Couldn't recommend more for a brief pit stop
